Block Time Agreements

aNetworks offers Block Time Service Agreements at a discounted hourly rate for clients who need consistent support throughout the year. Used in conjunction with our Service and Maintenance agreement, aNetworks can provide a complete package that assures your companies technological investments are consistently being maintained. This in turn, lets your company meet its own business objectives. Our Block Time Service Agreement can be used with most services performed by aNetworks.

Non-Recurring
Under this program, our clients agree to utilize aNetworks’ special skill and expertise for a fee based on the purchase of a non-recurring block of time based on a fixed number of dollars that are to be paid in advance. Any dollars remaining at the end of 12 months will expire. By doing so, aNetworks discounts our standard Time and Materials rates as follows:
-Option 1 – $2,500 non-recurring block = 5% discount off standard hourly rate
-Option 2 – $5,000 non-recurring block = 10% discount off standard hourly rate
-Option 3 – $10,000 non-recurring block = 15% discount off standard hourly rate

Recurring
Under this program, our clients agree to utilize aNetworks’ special skill and expertise for a fee based on the purchase of a recurring block of time based on a fixed number of dollars that are to be paid in advance. By doing so, aNetworks discounts our standard Time and Materials rates as follows:
-Option 1 – $750 monthly recurring block = 10% discount off standard hourly rate
-Option 2 – $1,500 monthly recurring block = 15% discount off standard hourly rate
-Option 3 – $3,000 monthly recurring block = 20% discount off standard hourly rate
-Option 4 – $6,500 monthly recurring block = 25% discount off standard hourly rate

Any prepaid dollars remaining at the end of the first month will rollover into the second month. These will be used first, followed by the new set of prepaid dollars for the month. Any unused prepaid dollars from the first month will rollover into the third month and cannot be rolled over again as any unused rollover prepaid dollars will expire 3 months from the date of purchase. All clients are informed in writing of the total hours used for the previous month, the current balance of dollars on this agreement, and the Expiration Date of the Agreement on the first (1st) of each month, or during the regular weekly invoice cycle, whichever is later.
